2026 FPS Yard Sale Fundraiser

Okotoks Town Wide Sale

When: Saturday, May 16, 2026
Place: 51 Sheep River Drive, Okotoks
Time: 9AM to 3PM (approximately)

Once again, the annual town yard sale is happening and FPS is taking part!

Sale Items

FPS members are encouraged to donate items they no longer need or use. They must be clean items in new or good/working condition. They can be dropped off no later than Tuesday, May 12 to the above address. Items such as house and garden plants, baking, etc can also be donated. (No children or pets please). Please call (587) 433-4954 to make sure someone is available to take delivery or for more information.

Volunteers

The Men's Chorus and Vocal Jazz Ensembles will be coordinating and working at the sale, and would like to see other FPS ensemble members volunteer to help make this event a success. Even an hour of your time to raise funds for FPS is appreciated. We also get to know each other better.

Help is needed pricing items on Thursday before the sale from roughly 7–9PM; set-up on May 16 Sale Day at 8AM; at sales throughout the day and cleanup at 2:30PM. Hot dogs and drinks and perhaps a bit of baking will also be on sale, so if you are handy with a BBQ, let us know.

All funds go to FPS operations.
